the ever popular colorful bead necklace made from 100% pure Utah Junk Mail!
The new Lanyard craze - what is it?   More and more companies are going with ID badges these days.  If you wear it around your neck, you deserve a custom lanyard.  I've made them from the piano note music for music teachers, recipes for cooking teachers, cloth scraps for a sewing teacher and of course math problems for a math teacher - What do you need?  Most lanyards can be made for $15.00 but if you are like me and need Swarovski crystals and glamour - that can be done for a bit more.
This company is located in a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah.  I grew up in a "crafty" family but it  wasn't really natural to start selling my creations.  "Bowenwright Crafts" started by doing home parties and then craft shows and now the People's Market and various town's Street Fairs.  The Bowenwright name is tightly linked with EARTHY jewelry because of the line of "Recycled Materials Jewelry".  But occassionaly I break out the already crafted  beads and create something to match someone's special outfit!
"You need to charge more!" is the most often heard comment from my buyers. Along with, "This is paper?"
But I love to create, and I love it when, after meeting me or my work, you begin accessorizing all your outfits - Yes, even your blue jeans!
Before investing in a "Bowenwright", you never thought you could afford jewelry. And you never thought you could recycle so beautifully!
Company motto:  "Saving the Earth one bead at a time"
